Sakoonat Network is a real estate information and marketing platform for Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We publish information about projects and properties, connect buyers and investors with developers and agents, and provide calculators and market guides. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, booking or rental agreement made between users, developers, agents or owners.
3. Listing Information
Prices, payment plans, floor plans, possession dates, amenities and other details are provided by developers, owners or agents, or collected from public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate, but they may change without notice and are not an offer or a guarantee. Before making any payment you must independently verify the title, NOC and approval status with the relevant authority (CDA, RDA or the housing society) and obtain your own legal advice.
4. User Accounts & Submissions
When you register, post a property or submit an inquiry, you agree that: • The information you provide is true and you have the right to share it • You will not post fraudulent, misleading, duplicate or unlawful listings • You will not upload content that infringes someone else's rights • We may edit, decline or remove any submission at our discretion You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not: • Copy, scrape or republish our listings or content without written permission • Attempt to access admin areas, other users' data or our systems without authorisation • Use the Website to send spam or unsolicited messages • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Website
